I doubt anything could be more Danish than a Hygge night. You just pick a weeknight, invite a few a friends over, cook something, and then watch a movie or play a board game. Yes, a board game is the ultimate hyggelig activity. A similar but different American equivalent would be meeting a few friends for happy hour.
I wanted to taint my Hygge night with a little Americana so we grilled pork ribs and watched B
